Rent EARLY! It is never to early to try to get the most rent from your property-Do not get stuck with vacancies
Find out from your tenants early if they are going to leave or not- either redo leases or see our Landlord lease renewal paperwork (button)
Do quarterly inspections of your investment properties and charge for any damages(make sure this is in your lease prior)
Give tenants adiquit notice prior to showing and let them be aware that the better the place looks, the easier it will rent, and the less people will bother them
Consult with a local real estate agent to see what other units are currently on the market/renting for
Appropriately price and have similar move in costs(1st,last,security,fees)
Prior to starting showings, speak to current tenants to see if there are any outstanding issues that they might bring up to potential renters during showings
Make sure local real estate agents have proper access to the property, or be readily available to show
Make sure any vacant units are properly heated,have running electricity and water
Make sure anyone showing the property is aware and knowledgable about the property
Increase tenant satisfaction and income by renting parking and having coin op laundry .
